Deliveries and Returns

Company policy regarding the return of merchandise (In accordance with the laws of customer protection):

In accordance with the following conditions:

•1.    Items may be returned to the company on condition that they have not been opened and not used and that the item is in its original, unopened packaging in its original state as supplied to the customer.  The right to return or exchange any item to the company is applicable once only for each product appearing on the order and is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.

•2.    In any event of an order being cancelled, even if the product has not been delivered to the customer, the customer will be billed for cancellation charges at the rate of 10% of the order's value, including VAT.  The cancellation charge must be paid to the branch from which the items were ordered.

•3.    Payment refunds will be made by the company within 14 days of the items being returned to the company under the conditions specified above and will be facilitated by a bank transfer to the customers bank account or by a check that will be sent in the post or by the credit card company and this, on condition, that cancellation charges have been paid.

•4.    The following products cannot be returned:

Products from display, special offers, liquidation of stock, surplus or trade-in items.  In any event, credit will be based on the actual price paid by the customer when he purchased the item.

•5.    Only the client may return items and demand replacement or exchange and in good faith and with no adverse or commercial intentions.

 

Product return/exchange:

If you change your mind after purchasing an item, you can return it, undamaged in anyway and/or unmarked in any way, with 14 days from the date of purchase, in its original, unopened packaging and including the original receipt and confirmation of payment if paid for by credit card.  Items purchased from surplus stock, old stock, second hand, special offers or as part of a trade in and items that have been specially altered and ordered to fit the needs of the customer, are not included in the company's returns policy.  Refunds will be made either by check or via your credit card within 14 working days from the date the returned items reached the company.  Credit card commissions will be deducted from the refund sum for the product.

Transaction cancellation fees

In the event that an order is cancelled before the product is dispatched to the client:

If the order is cancelled within seven working days - there is no cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled between seven to 14 working days will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price.

Cancellations will be honored only upon receipt of an official notification via email and return conformation, or via fax to the company's offices.  The sending of an email without receiving conformation or leaving a voice message should not be viewed as an announcement of cancellation.

In the event that an order is cancelled after the product has been dispatched to the client:

An order can be cancelled up to 14 working days following the products dispatch to the client.  A cancellation fee of 5% of the cost will be charged.  The product must be returned via registered mail by the client within 14 working days from the date of the order.  The product must be in its original packaging and unused!  The packaging must be complete and undamaged!  Under no circumstances should the order be cancelled by the purchaser before receiving confirmation from the company.

Additionally, responsibility for returning the product to the company/supplier is entirely the client's.  The SEPA site will not be responsible and will not bear the costs for these shipping transactions!

Price Updates

Price updates are made constantly in order to guarantee the customer the lowest price.  These changes demand human intervention that is both strenuous and difficult, through computer content management interface.  In the event of a mistake through human error, a typing error, the omission of a number, SEPA is not obligated to supply the product.  SEPA declares that such mistakes can occur and if they do it is entirely innocent and that they should be viewed as human error. In the event that there is doubt regarding a product or price, if there is such a mistake or any other mistake, the customer must contact the company's Customer Service Department.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs inside Israel are 25 NIS including VAT.

Shipping costs will be collected when payment is made and in addition to the price of the product. (The products or products purchased through the site).  The published prices are correct and valid only within the boundaries of the State of Israel and within the boundaries of the "Green Line" and include VAT.  Prices do not include extras.

Shipping costs outside Israel varies and depends on the way you choose to get the delievery, either by regular air mail post or by quick delievery air mail post.

Neither SEPA nor its agents will be responsible for any delay in the supply of products and/or services that are the result of conditions not under their control.

These include: communication system failures including telephone and computer, force majeure, industrial action including strikes, natural disasters etc.

Under these circumstances and/or others that are not under SEPA's control, it is possible that a sale/win may be unilaterally cancelled and a full refund granted at this time to the customer.

Additionally, we declare that we do not guarantee deliveries according to normal delivery schedules to those customers living in settlements that have access problems because of security issues - in such cases, a nearby delivery point can be arranged.  (Shipping to the delivery point is charged at normal shipping rates).

Delivery at a date later that that stipulated - customers can store equipment at our warehouse.  If a customer asks to store  products and delivery at another date, working days will be calculated from the date requested and not from the original order date.

Special offers

All special offers are valid until stock runs out and can be cancelled unilaterally at any time.  In the event that a specific product is advertised along with a free gift but the gift is no longer in stock, SEPA will provide a gift of a similar value and its sole discretion.

Product Colors

There is no guarantee regarding the color of the product supplied.  However, SEPA will do all in its power to provide the products in the colors originally ordered.
