Suit Alterations and Repairs

Repair service

SEPA's repair department offers an efficient and high quality repair service for diving equipment as well as diving and surfing suits. Please fill in as many details as possible regarding the equipment and/or suit and the services you need, on this form.
If you have any special requests, please mention them also.
Once you have received confirmation and an order number, all you have to do is print out the form and attach it to the equipment you are sending for repair. You can bring the equipment or suit personally or send it by mail. If you bring the equipment or suit personally to our workshop, please bring the printed form with you so that we can speedily facilitate the desired repairs. If you sent the items via parcel post, please keep the receipt from the Post Office so that you can track the parcels progress.

Services offered:

Suite repairs and alterations:
1. Alterations to suit size*
2. Addition of zippers, knee, elbow and shoulder pads.
3. Seam and stitch repairs, tears and holes in suits.

* If you are having a suit's size altered, you must come to the workshop to be accurately measured.

Suits will be accepted for repair only if they are dry and clean!

Upon receiving the suit at our workshop, a service card will be opened in your name and with your ID number. This will enable you to keep informed through our web site as to the status of your repairs or alterations. Updates will also be sent to the email address supplied by you.

Order Status


Open order - an order has been made through our web site system but the equipment has yet to arrive.
Equipment received - the equipment has been received and transferred to the workshop.
Repair/Service - the equipment is being repaired and/or serviced.
Price quote sent - a price quote will be sent if the customer makes a specific request for a price quote or if repairs exceeding the original repair cost are found.
Ready, waiting for payment - the item is ready for collection. The customer should contact the workshop to arrange payment and return of the item.
Dispatched - the equipment has been sent to the customer or collected in person. If sent by post, a postage ID will be provided to enable parcel tracking via the Postal Service.
